If you are looking to register/enroll your student(s) at Peachtree Ridge High School, please complete the following steps:

1. Complete the district New Student Registration/Enrollment process.
2. Book an appointment with the PRHS Counseling Office.

1. Download the GCPS High School Withdrawal Form.

2. Fill out the form in its entirety and save. 

3. Email the withdrawal form AND the enrolling parent's government issued picture ID to a blank e-mail and send directly to Ridge.Counseling@gcpsk12.org.

 

Once you complete and submit the online withdrawal form, you will be contacted by a school representative to verify your ID and to provide you with any additional information necessary to complete the withdrawal if needed for your child.

Withdrawal packets will be available for pick-up the following business day in the Counseling Office.

NOTE: Students must return all textbooks, Media Center books, resources, uniforms, and clear all fines before any withdrawal records will be released. A parent/guardian signature is required before a student (under the age of 18) can withdraw from Peachtree Ridge High School. 

Current Students: Current PRHS students may request hard copies of official transcripts via MyPaymentsPlus.com (located under ‘Events & Activities’). Transcripts can be picked up 2 business days after placing order. PRHS does not mail transcripts on behalf of current students.

Former Students (Class of 2023, Class of 2024, Class of 2025): If you are a recent graduate and need your official HS transcript sent to any college/university in the state of Georgia, you can send your transcript free of charge through your GAFutures.org account. PRHS does not mail transcripts on behalf of former students. If you need a paper copy of your transcript, you can follow the steps below:

• There is a $5 fee per transcript due at the time of pickup, check or money order only. NO CASH ACCEPTED.
• A completed GCPS Records Request Form and picture ID (government issued or school ID) is required.
  • Both can be faxed/e-mailed to (678) 512-6080 or Ridge.Counseling@gcpsk12.org.

Former Students Prior to Class of 2023:

PRHS students who graduated 3+ years prior to the current graduation year must contact the GCPS Records Management Office to obtain a transcript/student record.

Request transcript from GCPS Records Management.  Visit the district Records Management page.

• Data Change Form
  • The address will not be changed until all required documentation is received to the PRHS Counseling Office in-person.
  • Proof of residency is required for an address change.
     
• Residency Affidavit Form
  • Students who live with their parents or legal guardians, but reside in the home of another adult, and are seeking enrollment in Gwinnett County Public Schools must submit this form to the school upon registration.
     
• Online Work Permit Application
  • A certified copy of the birth certificate or birth registration card for the minor is required before the permit can be printed.
     
• Enrollment/Academic Progress Verification Forms
  • Available through the Counseling Office. Please e-mail Ridge.Counseling@gcpsk12.org or call (678) 512-6070 to request yours.

    • Enrollment Verification forms are different from the Certificate of Enrollment forms needed for learner's permits and driver's licenses.

    • Certificate of Enrollment forms are requested on the MyPaymentsPlus website under 'School Fees'.
